H Adjustable feet
All underbench storage units are fitted with heavy duty
adjustable feet, to compensate for uneven floors.
A Softwood wall fixing baton
Fitted to the wall to support the back of the bench.

Worktop upstand
G Leg frames with adjustable feet
Supports the worktop, made from 40mm x 25mm
section mild steel tube, 1.5mm thick, finished in flint
grey epoxy powder coating. All fitted with adjustable
floor fixing feet, placed in approximately 1m intervals.
Open bench system
Bench worktops are supported on steel leg frames.
Fitted as standard to all Remploy work benches. Finish
chosen to match selected worktop colour.

Corner posts
Fitted to provide the correct spacing into internal
corners, allowing doors to open without clashing.
D MDF moisture resistant plinth
Once the units are fixed in place, a continuous moisture
resistant black MDF plinth with floor sealing strip is
fitted to the front where the floor and plinth meet,
giving a functional and attractive finish. Tall units are
fitted as standard with a fixed box plinth, for strength
and durability.

Under bench unit carcass
Manufactured from 18mm thick panels. Assembled
entirely in a Remploy factory environment, carcasses
are cam and dowelled, ensuring the ultimate in
strength and stability.

End Panels & Infill Panels

18mm thick panel, edged in 2mm ABS. Providing good
resistance and durability.
